We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
